New to 2010 is our house cleaning services.  We will clean cheaper or equal to all the other companies around, we guarantee this to you.  I have been in business for going on 3 yrs. and in 2010 I wanted to add more for my services for my customers and new customers to be.  I have only hired family and friends I don’t hire anyone without a background check or just anyone out of the paper as of yet.  Below is a room by room cleaning list for you to look at:

Kitchen Cleaning List:  cobweb removal, ceiling fans/light fixtures dusted, door frames dusted, inside of windows cleaned as well as the sills and frames, Inside of microwave, refrigerator and oven cleaned out, mirrors and pictures cleaned, television cleaned, outside of all appliances cleaned, cabinets wiped down, countertop and sink cleaned, table wiped off, floors swept/vacuumed then mopped.

Family, Living and or Dining Room: cobweb removal, ceiling fans/light fixtures dusted, door frames dusted, inside of windows cleaned as well as the sills and frames, mirrors and pictures cleaned, knick knacks dusted, all furniture dusted,  television cleaned, floors vacuumed/swept then mopped.

Bedrooms: cobweb removal, ceiling fans/light fixtures dusted, door frames dusted, inside of windows cleaned as well as the sills and frames, mirrors and pictures cleaned, knick knacks dusted, all furniture dusted,  television cleaned, beds made/ bedding changed,  floors vacuumed/swept then mopped.

Bathroom: cobweb removal, ceiling fans/light fixtures dusted, door frames dusted, inside of windows cleaned as well as the sills and frames, mirrors and pictures cleaned, knick knacks dusted, all furniture dusted,  television cleaned, bathtub/shower cleaned, toilet cleaned inside and out, sink and cabinet cleaned, floors swept/vacuumed then mopped.

We also do laundry, exterior windows, curtains taken down and washed, and wall washing.  Any addition service is included to a reasonable degree just ask.

Prices: At this time we are only charging our customers $20.00/hr for one cleaning associate. But if someone quotes you for less I will match or even do it cheaper then them I guarantee this.  If you have anymore questions about this new service please feel free to call me.
