  • Deep dusting (vents, ledges, high areas within reach)

  • Clean baseboards & trim

  • Wipe down doors, frames, and light switches

  • Clean cabinet fronts

  • Clean inside microwave, fridge and other appliances

  • Full wall spot-cleaning

  • Detail vacuuming (edges, corners, under furniture)

  • Polish fixtures and stainless steel

Post-Construction Cleaning

Phase 1 - Rough Clean

$0.25 - $0.40 per sq ft.

Best For: Right after major construction ends. Prepares the site for trades and detail cleaning.

Includes:

  • Remove all construction debris and trash

  • Sweep or shop - vac all floors

  • Knock down heavy dust from surfaces

  • Remove stickers from windows doors fixtures

  • Wipe down major surfaces (basic only)

  • Clean inside cabinets/drawers if dusty

  • Basic cleaning of restrooms & breakrooms

  • Remove thick dust from baseboards and door frames

Purpose: Make the site safe, walkable, and ready for Phase 2.

Phase 2 - Standard Clean

Best For: After most trades are finished. This is the “middle clean” before the final detail.

Best For: Final turnover to the client. This is the highest level of detail before move - in.
